Beware, this cleat appears to run large (or I should say more accurate because Nike tends to run small). My son has Nike cleats in a 11.5 but will need 10.5 (his normal shoe size). Otherwise, the construction of the cleat looks very good. We're exchanging for the right size.

Look for cleats that are no more than ¼” longer than your largest foot. If you're shopping for a kid who is still growing, you can shop for boots that are ½” longer than their biggest foot.

This shoe is meant for marathons but not training for marathons. I would say this shoe can last about 4 to 5 marathons which is ~200-250 miles. This is much lower than other carbon fiber plate shoes and definitely lower than a trainer.
